Refund policy

Returns/exchanges

You have 7 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and tags. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have placed your order on the global web store - gupstore.net, you can lodge a returns request for your order by contacting us at hello@gupstore.net with your order number and inquiry.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, our team will assess your item and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after assessment. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Items not eligible
- Worn items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
- No returns or exchanges on Final Sale products.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you would prefer an exchange, the second shipment cost is complimentary (excluding sale items).

How to return your item
Please email us hello@gupstore.net with your order number, item(s) you wish to return and your preferred outcome. We will reply to your email with further instructions and/or request for additional information if required.

To assist the team, please notify us of a tracking number once you have lodged your return so we can be on the look-out for your return. We cannot hold responsibility for missing parcels in transit and suggest that all shipments are trackable.
